A message dated May 7, 1996, was read stating the Senate has passed            
CSHB 354(FIN)(title am) with the following amendment:                          
                                                                               
Page 6, following line 4:                                                      
Insert a new subsection to read:                                              
	(c)  For the purpose of this Act, the state boarding school at               
Mt. Edgecumbe is a school district.                                            
	(d)  For the purpose of this Act, the Alaska Vocational                      
Technical Center is a school district.

An Act relating to a retirement incentive program for certain                 
employees of school districts under the teachers' retirement system
